MemberI am disappointed that there are no nutrition lists at the bottom of the recipes. That is something that I need to have in order to properly dose insulin for my diabetes.

MemberThe Trim Down Club program is based primarily on principles of diabetic nutrition, which of course apply to most people with weight challenges. As such, the Menu Planner plans your meals and snacks accordingly, and the recipes are designed accordingly.
We are currently in the process of adding nutrition exchange information to the recipes, and you may note some of the recipes already have them (see example here http://www.trimdownclub.com/recipe/moroccan-lamb-stew-with-spiced-roasted-vevgetables/ – in the Comments section near the bottom of the page, see “Per Serving”). For the recipes you select in the Menu Planner for your menus, you can see the exchanges by clicking on “View Menu Exchanges” to the right of your menu and finding the item. The exchanges translate to the following portions, nearly identical to those of the American Diabetes Association: http://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists/.
