I have been on this diet for about a month and I have lost 6 pounds, for me not practically significant. However I do feel better. I do get really weird combinations of food as I see others do too. I am 5′ 125 pounds and sometimes active oh and 50 yrs old. My goal is to lose about 15 pounds. My problem is that I teach and I have back to back classes and sometimes I get 15 min between classes for lunch. So on most days I am lucky to get 3 meals in. Any Suggestions?
