I just started on Monday and am going a little crazy trying to find time to cook the recipes. My schedule is hectic. I was thinking of just doing the simplified menu they give you with basics and not a little of recipes but wonder if that would work as good.
Hi, Linda. To start out, there is absolutely no disadvantage to not selecting any recipes. You can always season your food simply and quickly with herbs and spices, and a few drops of olive oil or even vinegar here and there. If you do want recipes, go for those with “classic,” “simple,” “basic,” or “homemade” in the titles, because those are the fastest and easiest.
