Can anyone explain to me, what is “brick” cheese. Also, soft or another groups of cheese.
New to program today. Appreciate any help.
Hi, cibb05, and welcome. “Brick” cheese is just the hard (usually yellow) type, such as cheddar. Soft cheese is something like traditional goat cheese.
