MemberHi, Just got the program and find it very difficult as they talk about things unknown in the UK!!! Please can you make it easier for us living in the UK and find alternatives for us to use??? This would be so much easier for us and more understandable.

MemberAlso agree. Many of the ingredients have different names -we would like UK equivalents.
Also do I have to go through Start menu planner every-time I want to view my menu. I don’t want to print out.January 5, 2013 at 1:55 pm #4781jgretae
MemberAgree, not UK friendly

Memberi have been on this for a week and asked a few times regarding recipes as they do not state how many protions ech recipe is, so once made to the amounts given dont know how many it is for, no replys yet.I am also UK based so cant get many products or if i look at Ossies websites she kindly posted they are extortionate prices and I dont want to order and wait for them to arrive days later.. we need products we can buy in our everyday shop at our local supermarkets.so it has not been a complete waste of money to join I am using this as a side product to help giude and to learn a bit rather than follow to rule (impossible if cant get the products here)

MemberI agree with all the above comments. It’s a useful guide but I wish I had realised before signing up to the full program that the ingredients are not easily available.

MemberWe should all contact the main site and get them to do conversions for us. After all we have paid for the goods which are not particularly uk friendly. Also we need more than just the 2 week starter menus as there is not enough variety.

MemberYes, i saw this site on the ‘Hairy Bikers’ cooking show over Christmas, and joined, it was only when i started looking through some of the recipes, and food choices, it became clear this was not British. A bit dissapointed

MemberHi champs, I am going to contact them again. I don’t know how much you paid but I bought three packs which is just under £100 and for that I think us Brits are entitled to a) on line support and b) more specifically, a proper tailored uk wholesome, easy to shop and prepare diet. It’s not rocket science, all we want are easy to follow menus. We don’t want to count points, be red or green. Just simples. If this is a whizz on line group they MUST follow through.

MemberI’ve only just joined and this is what I noticed immediately. So disheartening.
