    I naturally don’t get hungry very often yet I’ve heard & read that we need to eat 6-7 small meals a day. I’ve done this and GAINED weight. I’ve even done portion control for these small meals. Idk what I’m supposed to do. I can’t afford the ingredients in the recipes Sry the moment & the things I normally eat are not on the lady. Please help. Thank you 🙂

    Hi, MamaSkittlez. Exercise is the best way to get your metabolism back up after being on diets. It doesn’t have to be anything overly strenuous or time-consuming – even just walking in place and lifting full water bottles in front of the TV is great.
    In terms of the ingredients in the recipes, you don’t have to get the expensive versions – as long as you use whole foods, you’ll be fine. If you want to pot examples of recipes you want to use and aren’t sure how to swing it, please do repost and I’d be happy to help.

    I have way too many recipes that I make but in all of them I substitute fat free/ low fat butter/ margarine while watching the reading label. Another thing I do is only use 2% cheese, Velveeta, Mac&cheese etc. I only use Hellnans mayo w olive oil etc.
