Tagged: under active Thyroid
Hi All,
I have an under active Thyroid and the amount of food is just so much my doctor said I would never be able to eat nomally so I just don’t know where to start, I want to eat healthier which I do most of the time but it’s so hard to lose the weight. I have a dog and go walking every day. can anyone help?
Hi, Pam. Good to read that you are being followed by a physician, and good to read that you are physically active. Has your doctor recommended thyroid-replacement medication for you? This can make a big difference in how eating should be approached for results.
If you want, let me know (post here), and we can go from there.
Hi Ossie-Sharon yes i am on Thyroxin and I have it checked each year
