Hi everyone,
A lot of these recipes call for raw milk or butter. I have no access to these things, as its against the law here for people to sell raw milk. How much will it impact me if I continue to use what I can purchase in the store i.e. pasturized, homogenized?
Look for grass fed milk and butter and cheese. These are almost always organic, without addititives, etc.
