Please cn you advice on an alternative to nuts, as I am allergic to nuts.

There are many other sources of proteins and good fats, if that is what you are seeking. Are you a vegan? Or recently discovered the allergy and previously ate a lot of nuts?
Yes, I have a bad reaction to brazil but and walnuts, please advice an alternative to nut.

If you are allergic to those, you could be allergic to all “tree nuts,” so I will make suggestions based on that. Good alternatives include pumpkin and sunflower seeds and organic soy nuts. Alternatives to peanut butter are made from these, too. Some people with nut allergies are able to eat almonds, since they are not technically nuts – but do be careful there.
Be sure to read food labels carefully – not only for the presence of nuts, but also for the possibility that there could be contamination from nuts.
