mmcintoshMemberIts better not to switch. If I don’t feel like the menu on one day I just go ahead to the next day

Mhouse64MemberWell my first week on this program and I weighed in today and have lost 9 pounds. This has started out great! I know it will slow down a bit but I am happy for now. I have not been hungry or felt deprived on this program. I am reading everything I can on this program and find it more helpful than any other diet I have been on, and BELIEVE ME I h ave tried and failed on all. I eat more now than ever before and it goes by my foods that I picked out. The other program you have to eat exactly what they prescribe or you wont loose any weight. I LOVE THIS PROGRAM.

Ossie-SharonMemberCongraulations, Mhouse64! Yes, you absolutely can switch things around. Whatever makes it work for you 🙂

bd2486MemberI understand that each day’s menu is meant to go together, so you can switch items within that day only. Correct me if I’m wrong.

judith1942MemberI have lost 11 pounds
can I add 4 ounces of six star pro nutrition protein drink in place of a meat or fish serving
4 oz would have about 4 gr protein and 2 gr fat and 2 gr carb it has 0 trans fat and a bunch of vitamins
it tastes like french vanilla ice cream judith1942February 23, 2015 at 12:02 am #27307
Ossie-SharonMemberCongratulations, Judith! With regard to that particular product, we would recommend something with more natural ingredients, such as CostCo’s Orgain or Garden of Life Raw. However, if the Six Star Pro is something you really like, note that each scoop (1-1/2 oz) mixed in 4 oz water would be roughly the same as 3 oz of lean meat.

SNC1MemberHi
I just joined… instead of the Meal Planner, I’m wondering if someone can help me with what I’m doing… I have a protein/fruit shake for breakfast, soup at lunch, and snacks between all meals… so it’s really just dinners I need help with… given what I’m having for breakfast and lunch, can we figure out dinners? (I can’t eat dairy or seafood)

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, SNC1, and welcome. I would be happy to help. If you could list exactly what you eat and drink during the day (including ingredients, portion sizes, and any seasonings/sweeteners), as well as your physical activity level and any health conditions and medications, I can run some calculations and make recommendations.
