MemberDo you mean for the recipes on this website or in general?
I used to have extensive sheets with lists of foods and various ingredients, and then I’d simply look up information for various ingredients and sum it up to get the overall recipe value. Maybe if you try looking up something like that?July 20, 2012 at 3:20 pm #1183tperona
ParticipantI use the Spark website’s recipe calculator. It is tedious at times but less tedious than other options, and for me, a God send. You enter in all the ingredients and the serving size and it calculates it for you. This is great for creating your own recipes. There have been times I thought I was inventing a great healthy dish, plugged it in, and found…not so healthy (calorie wise). Their website is also great for looking at your daily intake of vitamins, carbs, proteins…etc…and it’s FREE. The link is: http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-calculator.asp.
