    There are so many different types of nuts on the 14 day plan, does it matter if you do not use all the varieties? Do they have to be only raw nuts??

    No, you don’t have to use them all. They are there for you to choose from. Raw nuts are best because they contain all the nutrients intact. Also, most roasted nuts are quite heavily salted, which is likely to work against your efforts here. However, if you have roasted nuts once in a while, that’s fine. You should enjoy what you eat.
