Hi There, due to having diverticulitis I tend to stay away with anything that has nuts, grains or seeds. How can I still incorporate these in my meal plan to get the benefits?
Hi, josie. You can finely grind them dry and use the material as flour, or you can soak them in water or milk overnight and puree them to use as a spread.
Ok, thank you
