Does it matter if the nuts in the meal planner are salted or not salted?
Hi, srrab. Not unless you are sensitive to salt.
I should like to add to the topic a more general question about nuts – which and how much. The search engine does not give any answers
Hi, Jeffrey. Nuts are like any food with good fats and a little bit of protein, and you can fit them into your day however you like. Your menu pattern can guide you as to how they can fit in – you can view your pattern by clicking on the “Exchange mode” icon in the toolbar above your menu – taking into account that each serving of 1/2 ounce or 2 tablespoons (30 ml) = 1 fat + 1/2 protein exchanges.
