    I make my own nut and seed butters without anything added. On the menu planner, when I change my selection from say 14gm nuts to 14gm of nut butter it changes the health level of menu down. Does something change in the nuts and seeds when I process them into butter to make them not as good for me? If not, how do I use the menu planner when it doesn’t give me the correct information on what I’m eating.
    This question is also for cashew cream instead of sour cream and other nut milks etc.
