Could anyone please tell me if it would be possible to replace a snack item with a small slice of Malt Loaf? It contains less than 1gm fat and around 10gm sugar?
Thank you
Hi, lynpowys. Malt Loaf is more processed a product than we would recommend, but you can do something similar in terms of convenience. We suggest you prepare a healthy option, separate into individual servings, and freeze them for use as you wish.
