    Can I use Oikos Triple Zero Yogurt instead of the low fat yogurt? It has zero fat and 6g sugar (stevia leaf extract).

    Hi, John. Nonfat dairy products aren’t generally recommended, as the process to make up for the lost texture can make the product less healthful. Greek yogurt with Stevia is a great idea, though 🙂
