Tagged: Rice bran oil
Here in NZ rice bran oil is very popular, as it is virtually tasteless and has a high flash point. Is it one of the ‘good oils’ that I can use for cooking and dressings?
It is a bit higher in omega-6 fatty acids that is recommended. A better alternative for a tasteless oil would be organic (non-GMO) canola oil.
