Which oil do I use Mazola versus Canola. Also in the introduction video it says not to use soya but in my menus for the week it gives me soya mild to drink in one of my days.
Hi, Idalzell. GMO or overly processed soy products (such as meat substitutes) are not recommended, but organic and minimally processed products such as milk and tofu are fine – fermented or sprouted are even better.
With regard to oils, canola is preferable, but it is another product that we recommend be organic. If you can use high-oleic sunflower or safflower oil or even olive oil, that’s even better.
