Hi there, Ive just joined this evening and trying to work around the site. I’ve just tried exchanging some food items in my first days menu but wanted to check whether I should be concerned with changes in carbs, protein, fat ratio and whether on a daily basis there is an optimal structure or ratio? Thanks
