We usually had a glass of orange juice (100% juice) in the morning with flax seed in it is this ok
Hi, Taffy. That can be a fantastic combination. Be sure to check the juice label to be sure it is 100% “fruit” and not just juice – be sure there are no added sugars. Keep in mind that every 1/2 cup is considered a fruit exchange in the Menu Planner. A tablespoon of flax seed is considered a fat exchange (if you used much less than that, i.e. a teaspoon, don’t worry about counting it.
