    Would Organic dehydrated cane juice called Sucanat by Fairtrade and Full circle all natural premium raw Demerara cane sugar be considered TDC approved?Ingredients Raw cane Demerara sugar on the second one … and organic dehydrated cane juice is the only ingredient in the other. If so, would they be interchangeable for refined white brown sugar?

    Hi, Debbie. Sucanat is excellent, and we encourage to use those instead of refined white or brown sugars. Raw Demerara cane sugar has similar value.
