I am seeing quit a few foods on the list calling for organic, pastured or cured type of food. How important is it to choose those specific types of foods? Of course I will choose the lesser evil of the food, but I find natural foods very expensive and unfortunately on a budget.
Hi, PEnnis. Don’t worry about it. Just do the best you can to avoid overly processed foods, and you’ll be fine.
