I have just moved into an over 65 community. They have 3 prepared meals per day. I only go for one per day, but I’m wondering how to incorporate my new TrimDown plan into working with their meals. when I eat in my apartment I can follow the plan, but I have no idea whether they use margerine instead of butter, etc. Suggestions?
Margarine is evil. Butter is natural and in moderation is much better. You can search out the dangers of margarine onnline.
I would urge you to ask the dietary staff what’s in the meals they prepare. I’m sure you’re not the first to ask.
could someone please let me know if one cup of tomato sauce for breakfast is correct? and if so can I switch that to one cup of mushrooms?
