Hi,
What about Oyster sauce ? Here in Thailand they use it in many dishes.
The label says for 1 serving of 15ml (1 tbsp) it contains 10 calories ; 3gr of carbs, 2 gr of sugar and 500 ml of sodium. Can I add it freely to my wok dished (mainly seafood with veggies, some olive oil and free herbs/seasonings) ?
Thanks and regards.
Mario
Hi, Mario. Oyster sauce is great – we just recommend that you avoid artificial ingredients like high-fructose corn syrup (sometimes just called “fructose”) and monosodium glutamate.
