I have been a member off and on…trying different diets and exercises. I started Paleo about a month ago and find that it is working well. But with all the holiday celebrations I have fallen off the wagon and am gaining weight again. So I am back using this site for meal planning and wonder if there is anyone out there following the paleo diet? I don’t see it in the settings as a diet selection, and I don’t think the menu accounts for diet.If anyone has any suggestions on how to follow that diet in this tool I would love to hear from you.

MemberHi, pflaherty. Until other Clubmembers chime in here, I’ll just note that we are currently working on a Paleo menu pattern, so stay tuned. In the meantime, since we already encourage natural whole foods, all you need to do to make things Paleo is to use Paleo versions of grain-based foods in the Menu Planner lists and avoid other non-Paleo foods such as legumes.

MemberHow do I add the recipe to my meal plan? I search in the menu planner but it does not come up.
