One of the breakfast selections is frozen pancakes but no mention of any type of syrup. Can I have syrup, in a minimal amount and if so, how much? Should it be light syrup?
Hi, Nancy. Absolutely! We recommend pure maple syrup, and among the light varieties, we recommend something made with xylitol (for example: http://www.amazon.com/Natures-Hollow-Maple-Syrup-Ounce/dp/B002AJ0SZ6) – in which case, 2 tablespoons could be free (not counted), or 1/4 cup could be a breakfast “sweet” instead of added butter or other fat.
Hi, please could you tell me the ingredients in the frozen pancakes.
Hi, Lisa. I answered you in another post 🙂
