Since Jewish observors cannot eat bread, bagels, rolls, rice cake… for a week, what carbs do we eat?
We can eat matza (whole wheat, spelt, regular…). What is the substitute?
Hi, Helbra. You can have potatoes, brown rice, parsnips, corn, and acorn squash.
Cannot have rice or corn. Can a piece of matza (whole wheat or spelt type) be substituted for a piece of bread or two rice cakes?
Hi, Helbra. Absolutely!
