The first week says one cup of pasta, any suggestions what kind of pasta is best? Just started today
Hi, Melinda, and welcome. If the pasta is whole grain, it is excellent. If you are only used to white pasta, I suggest starting with something mild like brown rice pasta (be careful not to overcook it). If the taste/texture changes are too much at first, you can mix it with white pasta in gradually diminishing proportions until it is 100% whole grain.
