Would this be the same as organic? What would I look for at the store?
Hi, amishp. It is not the same (though the combination is recommended). Pastured means the animal was allowed to graze in a “pasture” and therefore eat its natural diet of grasses and bugs, which makes the final product healthier. If it is also organic, it means the animal didn’t receive any hormones or unnecessary antibiotics.
