I recently had a lower Bach fusion I have graduated from a walker and back brace iam now in my second week of low impact water therapy three times a week to build up my core and balance I am still under surgeons care until July to make sure the screws and filling have totally set I think I have no consistent appetite because of meds frustrated because I have gained weight since surgery in January
Hi, riseofthephoenix. Your needs are probably considerably lower than usual, so please do not feel pressured to eat all of the foods in your menu. Do focus on the fruits, vegetables, and sources of calcium, but feel free to cut back on the rest. If you wish, I would be happy to review what you voluntarily eat to make sure you are meeting your needs.
