My meal plan added a 4oz pain cheese pizza, I make my own pizza crust how much cheese is in the 4oz cheese pizza
Also I bought a 4oz pizza crust Mama Marys thin and Crispy 280cal 8 fat and 44 carbs. Is this a good choice? I usually add 2oz cheese and basil and tomatos, with 1/4c pizza sauce
Hi, twonurses. I’m glad to read that you make your own pizza. Do you make it with any whole grain flour? That makes it better, if you can. Regarding the cheese, about 2 oz is generally the amount for a 4-oz pizza.
Mama Mary’s makes some great products, but the best choice is the whole grain crust – have you tried it? You can read more about it here: https://mamamarys.com/product/12-whole-grain-crust/. It has fewer overall carbs, and it is a good source of fiber.
Yes I make my pizza crust with sprouted wheat flour but sometimes I buy the crust. I choose pizza 2 times a week is that to much?
Thanks for the info on Mama Marys I will look for the whole grain
