I just started the diet and finding it hard to keep up with the menu plan you made for me. I had to shop for a lot of the items but I still don’t have a lot of the ingredients I need to stay on the weekly menu. I’ve been repeating the same items I do have over and over. Am i defeating the purpose of this plan?

You can also try the personal version of the Menu Planner (the right-most option in the app area – http://www.trimdownclub.com/menu-planner) so that you can select the specific foods to go into your menu based on what you have at home.
