    I am 80+ and overweight. But feel healthy.Do not eat any bread. Breakfast Some grapes,1 Banana smal piece of dutch cheese and a soft bould egg, | a cup of tea about 2hrs later a cup of coffee,black no sugar. No lumch and at 5 am main meal some sweet potatoes. 2 or 3 veg. like cauliflower,brocoli,with cheese sauce, beans little butter and pepper and some apple sauce. about 100gr meat daked in Cocomut oil with spices and sweet soya(Indonesian)and cream, After dishes one cup of tea. with a piece of chocolate. I might have some bisquits with my morning coffee. Sometimes in between a glass of water. I walk my little dag at daybrake have a dip in the pool when warm enough and sleep about 7-9 hrs broken by toilet stops twise or 3 times. What is wrong? Thank you! regards Jack

    Hi, Jack. It looks like you are eating too little in the early part of the day, and skipping lunch is probably adding to the slowdown in your metabolism. I would suggest taking a look at what the Menu Planner offers, and see what sort of plan may fit you better. It may take your body some getting used to, so at the beginning, I suggest you consider adding a new type of exercise to the mix to wake up your muscles, even if temporarily.
