When fresh is not available, which one is best to eat capsules, juice, concentrate daily for health? I also have heard it is helpful for wieght loss, please tell me all there is to know, looking on line it is so confusing who is telling it right? POM or LA article against them, etc…..

The challenge with juice is that there are generally added sweeteners and sometimes other juices that you don’t need. The best sources are fresh-squeezed 100% juice or standardized capsules, such as those sold by Now company.
Pomegranate is a very rich source of powerful antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds, no question – these help prevent and manage the risks associated with overweight. However, evidence for pomegranate’s contribution to actual weight loss or prevention of weight gain is confined to animal models, and has yet to be consistently replicated in humans.
