    Noticed that Pork isn’t listed for meats and Oysters with Sea food,was wondering why? Also is Nut butter AKA peanut butter?

    Pork is listed as ham, cold cuts, and frankfurters, but of course fresh pork can be substituted for other meats ounce for ounce – but do be sure it is very lean. Oysters can be substituted for other seafood ounce for ounce (shell-free weight) as well.
    Yes, nut butter includes peanut butter.
