Since I have high blood pressure, I’m real cautious about eating pork. I notice that it is on my menu several times. Can I substitute pork a couple of times with chicken and turkey?
Hi, Fernanzo. Absolutely! If you can find any of those products organic and “pastured,” that can make them even better for your health.
Thank you.
