    I am looking for a list of vegetables and fruits that contain a lot of Potasium and Magnesium. Can anyone help with this? thanks, Karen Scott

    Hi, KarenScott. The following is a list:
    Squash, summer and winter
    Deep green leafy vegetables, particularly spinach
    Cherries, sweet
    Oranges
    Longans/longanberries
    Nectarines
    Peaches
    Grapefruit, pink and red
    Plums/Prunes
    Pears, Asian
    Rose-apples
