MemberHi, I just started the program last week but I’m finding that the meal and snack portion sizes are sometimes too large. Should I just eat slightly less of each item in the meal combination? Or should I be cutting one item out entirely?

MemberHi, JennLBee. I’m happy to read that you are not hungry. I would be glad to make some recommendations if you could post some information. I just need your age, height, weight, and general physical activity level, as well as a sample day from your menu. I just want to be sure you get enough to keep up your metabolism and meet your nutritional needs.

MemberHi! Thanks for the response. I’m 36, 5’8″, 150 lbs. Mostly sedentary – I walk a couple times a week, but I’m trying to build that up. My goal is just to trim down about 10 pounds. Here was Monday’s dinner:
1 Frozen Burrito, Bean/Cheese
1 ounce of Pork Loin Chop, lean
1/2 cup of Couscous (Cooked)
1 cup of Eggplant, roasted or sauteedI didn’t eat the burrito because I was already full, but I’m not sure if that was the right thing to do. Also, with the snacks. I often get the suggestion to eat a cup of veggies. Example:
3 Graham Crackers, 2.5-inch square
2 tsps of Jam/Marmalade (100% fruit)
1/4 cup of Cottage Cheese (Raw), 0-1%
1 serving of Vegetables of Your ChoiceI feel like a whole serving of veggies is too much. I get full and/or sick of whatever veggie I am eating.
Thanks for the help!

MemberHi, JennLBee. Thanks for the information. I do need your whole menu for the day to make recommendations. Sorry for the inconvenience – just a one-time thing.
