    Maybe I missed it somewhere along the line…but when stating for example ‘1 cup of strawberries’ is that whole or sliced. Asking for fruits and vegetables as a whole.

    Hi, cmjejones1. 1 cup of SLICED raw strawberries = 1 fruit exchange.
