I’m sure this has been addressed, but I was unable to find it in the forum.
1/2 c Oatmeal – cooked. I assume that means take a 1/2 cup of dry oatmeal and cook it, yeilding about 1 cup of cooked oatmeal, correct?
4oz of lean beef – is that prior to cooking or after cooking
4oz of pizza – is this frozen pizza? major chain pizza i.e. Jets, Little Caesar, etc?
HELP!
Hi, Mimi58. The oatmeal portion is already cooked, and the lean beef is uncooked (though if it is very lean, it does not really matter).
Regarding pizza, it can be either frozen or restaurant – thus the weight measurement rather than size.
