A lot of the portion sizes are in cups?
Can anyone guide me as to how big a cup we are talking! Or a weight equivalent?
Hi, Sophie. Each “cup” = 240 ml. The weight equivalent for liquids and high-fluid purees is generally 240 g, but drier solids tend to vary quite widely. If you would like to switch to primarily metric measurements, be sure to click on the corresponding icon on the left side of the toolbar above your menu.
