    hi

    how do potatoes fit in , what is the weight per unit , now and then i would like potatoes

    Hi, 123joannae. Potatoes are a starchy vegetable, and so are used as a carb. Each exchange is about 1/2 cup, 1/2 medium potato, or 100 g.
