Hi everyone. I use Proactive margerine to try and lower my cholesterol. Is this okay??
Ok…what happened to getting advice quickly. I’m not overly impressed so far.
Hi, Hedgewitch. Proactive margarine is definitely a better choice than regular margarines.
However, it does contain genetically modified components. There are organic or non-GMO products that are similar (i.e. Benecol), as well as flaxseed-based, olive oil-based and omega-3 rich options that may better serve your needs.
Thanks Sharon. Thank you for getting back to me. Its not as nice as butter but it will have to do.
Oh….and I’m loosing weight. YAY!
Hi, Hedgewitch. Congratulations! I hope you will soon also see improvements in your blood levels.
