Over the years I noticed my liver enzymes go high and know my sugar levels are starting to go high. Any idea on what foods I should avoid? Any ideas on what I should eat more of. Thanks for any help you can give me.
Hi, snowfes. Hopefully you are being followed by a healthcare provider familiar with your case.
In general, it is recommended to avoid simple and refined carbohydrates and overdoing food in general, which are major components of this program. As you get used to the program, I recommend you try using the personal version of the Menu Planner application, so that you can make healthy food choices that suit you (note that the foods in the lighter blues are considered the best in your case).
Exercise is also an important component. If you would like more guidance here, please do repost.
