Basics of this program…….fist size protein….carbs and veggies. Trying to make my way around the site to understand it better. Can anyone advise on this?
Hi, Lomabe, and welcome! You can read about the basics in the main Program Guide that you can see in “My Downloads” (link in the right corner). The Menus use an exchange system similar to those for diabetics (each exchange in a food group translates to a certain nutrient value) to ensure your nutritional needs are being met. You can see the exchanges allotted to you by clicking on “Exchange mode” in the toolbar above your finished menu.
