Is there a way to alter the progress meter. I entered the incorrect starting weight
In my third week I didn’t loose an ounce after sticking to the menu like glue. I lifted weights and walked almost everyday. What do I need to change? I lost 4 lbs last week!

Hi, Paullesser. You are probably swapping out fat for muscle, which is heavier. Don’t worry about the numbers on the scale, just to how you’re looking and feeling and how your clothes are fitting. No worries.
