I am awaiting surgery for a pelvic floor prolapse what exercise can i do safely?
Hi, Marie. Not only are some exercises safe, they are actually recommended to “tide you over” until you get surgical relief. The NHS (UK government agency) gives some simple examples here (http://www.nhs.uk/conditions/Prolapse-of-the-uterus/pages/treatment.aspx).
