Tagged: PROTEIN POWDER
I’ve seen lots of recipes for things with protein powder…EX: protein peanut butter balls. Does this diet ever use P.P.? And if so how much would it take to be a protein exchange?
Hi, Deborah. We actually prefer whole food protein sources in this program, but some products are produced naturally and can fit within the program’s principles.
Regarding equating a product to an exchange, the products on the market vary so very, very widely, that I would need a specific name brand to answer that.
