    I’m going to start the program tomorrow. I have a question. I’ve been eating a protein shake for breakfast and want to know if I can continue or if this is not good. I’m listing the ingredients. 1 scoop Vega Sport protein powder(It has plant based protein, amino acids and l-glutamine), almond milk, 1T peanut powder, 1/2 banana, 1cup of mixed berries… I’d like to continue drinking this. Do I need to add anything to make a complete breakfast? (a carb) HELP.

    Hi Laurie, and welcome. That sounds fine for the most part. I would suggest to add a tablespoon of chia or flax seeds (freshly ground just before mixing) for omega-3s.
